Anthem business approaches 4th anniversary

Three heads are better than one, says Ralph Holmstrom, owner of C & R Tire. It helps the company compete in the marketplace, provides a better sounding board, and puts the C & R thumb on the customer pulse.
C & R Tire, family-owned and operated since 1996, counts five locations around the Valley. While “tire” commands the identifier in the company name, “service” is the foundation from which C & R operates Holmstrom said.
“Automotive service is 70 percent of our business,” said Holmstrom, whose sons Chris and Ralph Jr. are the inspiration behind the company name and are partners in the business. “We are a full-service operation with state-of-the-art service equipment. Our tire service allows the customer a high-quality one-stop shop.”
While growing the business with his sons and nearly 40 service and tire professionals, Holmstrom always keep their ears open when it comes to serving their customers.
“We talk about customer needs, industry trends and opportunities,” he said. “We receive valuable input from our customers and go the extra mile to provide quality and convenience. We repair, rotate and balance tires we sell for free. We also have employees with expertise greater than you’ll find anywhere.”
