Bedmart, Arizona’s largest family-owned bedding retailer, has opened
a new store in Carefree. Bedmart was recently honored as a “Retail
Giant of Bedding” at the 5th annual Bedding Conference held by Furniture/Today
magazine in Orlando earlier this month.
“We are honored to have our growth acknowledged by our industry and
I am very pleased to open a new store in Carefree,” said owner Chet
Goldberg III. “My father, Chet Goldberg, Jr., was a long-time resident
of Carefree. He was active in shaping Carefree into the wonderful
place it is today. In many ways, opening this new store is like coming
home.”
The Carefree store will be managed by Kyle Huebsch and will carry
a large selection of Serta, Simmons, Tempur-Pedic and other name brand
mattress sets. Huebsch has worked in sales in the Valley for many
years and previously owned All Wood Furniture.
“We will continue to grow with Arizona,” Goldberg said. “Our emphasis
is on giving every customer the best possible mattress buying experience
and on being involved in our community. Our Bedmart Cares program
makes substantial contributions to many local charities.”
Bedmart is an active supporter of the Susan G. Komen Race for Cure,
Muscular Dystrophy Foundation, the Children’s Hospital and many other
local charities. They are the on-going sponsor of 12 Who Care.
“We believe in being a good neighbor and in treating each of our customers
like a neighbor,” Goldberg concluded. Bedmart’s new location is at
34462 N. Scottsdale Road and can be reached by calling 480-760-4060.
