Anthem adds controller

The Anthem Community Council has hired Peter Puccia as its new Controller.
He is responsible for the management and supervision of all finance,
accounting and reporting activities for the Anthem Community Council,
a non-profit corporation. He is also charged with partnering with
senior leadership to strengthen daily operations, including resource/asset
management, financial analysis, budget planning, and long-term business
strategies.
“Peter demonstrated energy, intellect and a high level of interest
in Anthem throughout the interviewing process,” said Neal Shearer,
Community Operations Officer, Anthem Community Council. “We are pleased
to have him join our staff.”
Puccia comes to Anthem with more than 20 years of financial experience
working in the private sector, including serving as Corporate Controller
at Wood, Patel & Associates and DWL Architects+Planners. He also
served as Senior Financial Analyst for the Intel Corporation.
He earned his MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of
Michigan and his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bucknell
University; he graduated with honors from both universities. He played
soccer in college and was a professional soccer goalie before his
finance career. He and his wife reside in Moon Valley.
