ANTHEM – The Maricopa County Library District wants its visitors to participate in the Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey, which is available online until May 3, and is available in English and Spanish languages.

The survey allows county library users to provide feedback on programs, activities, check-out times, book collections and anything else related to their local library branch.  The short customer survey helps the library branches determine areas for improvement or make any necessary changes.

The Maricopa County libraries have made library cards renewable online, amended library hours to meet community needs and doubled the checkout period for TV series on DVDs all based on customer feedback from the annual survey.

So, take a few minutes to share your thoughts, suggestions or praises.  The survey can be taken online at https://mcldaz.org/survey/.
